Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Supply Chain Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS, system integration, API development, and the latest supply chain technologies. This role requires a collaborative team player experienced in Agile environments and passionate about continuous improvement in supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and optimize solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Responsibilities:
2. Develop and optimize ERP Supply Chain Systems, primarily Oracle EBS.
3. Experience with supply chain applications such as BlueYonder (JDA), TMS (BluJay), Llamasoft, and related tools is a plus.
4. Design and build APIs to integrate supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs, CRMs).
5. Follow best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality solutions.
6. Stay updated with trends and technologies in supply chain systems to drive innovation.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
8. Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide feedback to maintain code quality.
9. Agile Development:
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
11. Ensure tasks are scoped, prioritized, and delivered within sprints.
12. Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align user stories with business needs.
13. Supply Chain Systems Expertise:
14. Leverage knowledge of supply chain systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
15. Apply best practices in demand planning, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.
16. Work with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
17. Business Collaboration:
18. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with strategic goals.
19. Translate business needs into technical tasks for development teams.
20. Ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms.
21. Project Management & Strategic Planning:
22. Develop and execute projects aligned with business objectives and timelines.
23. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
24. Improve development processes for better scalability and quality.
25. Integration & Automation:
26. Lead integration of supply chain systems with ERPs, CRMs, WMS, etc.
27. Implement automation to enhance supply chain performance and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS (preferably R12), including customizations and integrations via APIs.
• Familiarity with EDI/B2B technologies and processes.
• Experience working in Agile teams and practices.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to translate system requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of database management, system integration, and supply chain processes.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in supply chain platforms like BlueYonder, BluJay, Llamasoft, TMS, WMS.
• Experience with EDI tools like IBM Gentran and Order to Cash processes.
• Technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, OBIEE, and OIC.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with transportation, demand planning, and inventory optimization algorithms.
• Knowledge of ERP integration and data flows across systems.
