AMBIT Living Spaces Cluster busca un Técnico De Innovación En Sostenibilidad para unirse a su equipo. Se requiere un título técnico y al menos 2 años de experiencia en sostenibilidad. Formación

• Buen dominio del inglés (mínimo B2).
• Fluidez en español hablado y escrito.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión técnica y ejecución de proyectos de innovación en sostenibilidad.
• Apoyo en la preparación de propuestas de proyectos y justificaciones.
• Interacción con empresas socias para entender sus necesidades.

Join to apply for the Técnico De Innovación En Sostenibilidad role at AMBIT - Living Spaces Cluster.

We are looking for a highly motivated junior technician passionate about sustainability and circular economy in the habitat sector. You will participate in innovation projects and activities related to sustainability and circular economy, gaining increasing responsibilities.

We offer a stimulating professional environment: a team with extensive experience and strong connections with national companies and international entities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on other cluster projects such as product and process digitalization, experience analysis (living lab), industrial processes, interihotel, etc. Therefore, we prioritize your technical and management skills and motivation for innovation over formal qualifications.

Minimum requirements:

• Technical university degree: engineering, sciences, design, architecture, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience as an innovation/sustainability technician in a company, consultancy, or organization.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish.

Highly valued:

• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Additional training in sustainability and circular economy.
• Work experience in a business cluster or technological center.
• Experience in drafting proposals and project grant justification.
• Knowledge of European programs (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon, SMP, etc.).
• Master's degree that complements foundational training.
• Proficiency in Catalan.
• Knowledge of the habitat sector.

Key tasks:

• Technical management and execution of innovation projects, mainly in sustainability and circular economy.
• Support in preparing project proposals and justifications.
• Engage with partner companies to understand their needs and develop new services.

Full-time employment contract. Location: primarily remote work with residence in Catalonia. Possibility to work from our offices in central Barcelona is valued. Compensation: competitive and negotiable based on experience and skills.
