Sales Stylist in Tailoring-Showroom, Barcelona Center

We are looking for a Sales Stylist for our Atelier in Barcelona, responsible for providing personalized customer service both in-store and online.

Key responsibilities include, identify customer needs, ensure proper fitting measurements.
The role also involves administrative tasks related to sales and order management for efficient workshop and sales operations.
Additionally, the candidate will advise online customers, manage social media communications, and maintain the brand’s visual merchandising both in-store and online. Assistance to multi-brand stores.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, from Monday to Friday afternoons from 16 to 20 h, and one Saturday morning per month from 10-14h, with one weekday off in the week where Saturday work is scheduled. There is a possibility for extending the workday to 8 hours in the future based on performance and professional growth opportunities.

We offer an indefinite 4-hour contract with additional fixed monthly bonuses and/or variable incentives based on sales performance, in an industry with high average sales ticket values. We are looking for a Sales Stylist for our Atelier in Barcelona, both in-store and online, to provide personalized service to clients by appointment.
The profile must be an enthusiastic and passionate person about the fashion industry, with a positive and dynamic energy who wants to develop a professional sales in our growing company. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
We value candidates who enjoy building close customer relationships, possess empathy, are organized with attention to details, ensure correct visual merchandising of our showroom, and are goal-oriented with sales and initiative.

Experience in bridal/occasion fashion retail, luxury brand, haute couture, or tailoring, with 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, is preferred. Proficiency in computer tools and social media management is necessary as this role involves online communication.
Responsibilities also include assisting multi-brand stores and processing offline channel orders.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, with possibility for an extended 8-hour workday based on the candidate’s profile and opportunities for professional development within our rapidly growing company.

We offer an indefinite contract of 4 hours, subject to agreement, and additional fixed monthly bonus and/or variant for sales.
