This role, based in Granollers, will provide generalist HR support for our subsidiary in Spain and our sales office in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be part of the Iberia Management team and report to the HR Business Partner Director of Global Sales & Marketing (based in Germany).

The HR Business Partner actively contributes to achieving the Group’s ambitions by leveraging our corporate culture in a dynamic environment. You will provide strategic and consultative services to Business Leaders related to organization & people, building credibility and offering an independent viewpoint as a solid sparring partner on:

  • Understand business trends and contribute to business strategy development.
  • Translate business strategy into talent, people, and culture initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to assess organizational effectiveness by evaluating capabilities, behaviors, and structures.
  • Support and influence organizational design to align with business strategies and principles.
  • Identify effectiveness requirements, including key positions and strategic competencies.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right roles through internal development or external staffing.
  • Create an environment that recognizes the importance of training and development for competitive advantage.
  • Design robust succession pipelines and retention strategies for key positions.
  • Act as an internal HR consultant and coach.
  • Promote process improvements and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support performance management to drive accountability at all levels.
Profile
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist with at least 8 years’ operational HR experience.
  • Higher education qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Knowledge of modern HRM processes and employment law.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience leading HR projects at a national level.
  • Positive attitude and success in complex organizational structures.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly within the region.
