We are looking for a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager with experience in EdTech to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth after students enroll . This role will focus on increasing repeated sales (upsells from monthly to full payments) and reducing churn through targeted CRM marketing campaigns.

The candidate must be highly analytical, able to identify customer segments, and be comfortable working with various communication channels, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers.

What you will do :

  • Post-Purchase Campaign Development : Design and execute CRM campaigns to increase student retention and drive upsells, ensuring students stay engaged and see value in upgrading their plans.
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization : Analyze student behavior to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Student Experience & Product Teams : Work closely with internal teams to develop strategic offers, loyalty programs, and engagement tactics that align with students' learning journeys.
  • CRM Strategy & Best Practices : Recommend CRM strategies and playbooks based on student behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to optimize engagement and retention.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization : Monitor key metrics (ARPU, churn rate, campaign RO, OR, CTOR, CR) to assess CRM campaign effectiveness and continuously iterate on strategies for better results.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, including triggered & targeted campaigns (preferably in EdTech).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and sales growth.
  • Experience working with digital KPIs (CRM & e-commerce).
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Spanish proficiency would be an advantage.
