Job Description:

Job Position: Design Engineer within the Electrical Installation Design Department for the Eurodrone program.

The position will be part of a multidisciplinary Electrical System Installation Design team, focusing mainly on Eurodrone, with potential involvement in FCAS, Eurofighter, A400M, or other programs within the Electrical Installation Design domain.

Candidates should have knowledge in Electrical and/or Electromechanical Design fields (e.g., Diagrams, Harnesses, Electrical Boxes, Electromechanical Installations), including experience with CATIA V5/3DX and/or Electrical Diagrams Tools (See-XP, Capital Logic, etc.).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential, given the high number of stakeholders involved in Electrical Design activities, including Systems Analysis, Configuration, Structural Design, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Standardization, and In-Service Support.

The main scope of the job includes creating Design Definition Dossiers for Electrical Wiring Interconnection Diagrams, designing electrical harnesses, supports/bracketry, and electromechanical installations, along with associated technical management activities.

Responsibilities vary across project phases:

1. Early phases involve conceptual design, requirements management, and establishing design principles and electromechanical interfaces.
2. During the definition phase, designs are matured and validated for manufacturing.
3. Subsequently, providing engineering support during production, assembly, and in-service phases, including approval of concessions, repairs, and modifications.

Qualifications include knowledge of electrical and/or electromechanical design, with proficiency in CATIA V5 (desirable CATIA V6/3DX).

We seek candidates with:

• An Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• Over 5 years of engineering experience in a design or airframe department.
• Knowledge of electrical and/or electromechanical design, including CATIA V5 (desirable CATIA V6/3DX).
• High adaptability to new topics, business areas, and working in a network environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to propose innovative ideas.
