We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as Business Development & Reporting Analyst in Spain. This role combines supporting the Business Development team with performing key client-oriented reporting and data analysis tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external clients using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Analyze data to support strategic decision-making within business development projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and automating repetitive tasks.

Provide support to the Business Development team, including :

  • Initial review of commercial contracts and documentation.
  • Preparation of client presentations and commercial materials.
  • Development and review pricing models.
  • Keeping the Commercial CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
  • Support the delivery and implementation of new services.

Skill Requirements / Preferences

The ideal candidate for this position should have :

  • 2 / 3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, data analysis, or business development functions.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
