A leading company is seeking a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist for a 12-month remote contract. The role involves managing change for ERP/SAP implementations and requires extensive experience in change management frameworks. Candidates must be based in Europe and able to start within 4 weeks.

Organisational Change Management Specialist - 12 months + ext.

• Remote

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term scope. This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost completely remote with some potential occasional travel on-site within Europe.

You will be joining an OCM technology team and be involved in multiple projects, ranging from a new SAP S / 4HANA implementation to other ERP projects.

Responsibilities :

• Implementing and executing change templates.

Specific skills / experience required :

• 8+ years of specific Organisational Change Management experience.
• 4+ years experience managing change for ERP / SAP implementations.
• Strong experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
• Strong supply chain, manufacturing, or commercial environment experience.
• Experience managing change in a multicultural environment.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
• Able to join within 4 weeks.
• Candidates MUST be based in Europe.
