We’re looking for a Partnership Director for Europe, a smart, hungry, and humble individual who can empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. Supported by a substantial budget and a wealth of company knowledge, you will also contribute to our growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to a team of motivated professionals.
  2. Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates.
  3. Build and manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
  4. Negotiate internally and externally to close high-impact deals.
  5. Nurture existing relationships with partners to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
  6. Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with product heads to find and exploit business opportunities within markets.
  8. Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Measure, analyze, and optimize performance.
  10. Report and identify new opportunities.
  11. Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that support business growth.
  12. Report on progress towards goals, forecasts, results, and challenges.

What We Expect:

  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
  • Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency with web and data analytics tools.
  • High attention to detail and proactiveness.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with international tech/digital products is a plus.
