Your responsibilities will include orienting guests, maintaining supplies, and addressing guest needs with genuine appreciation. Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, including the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Answer questions about general property information and amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Check the computer regularly throughout the day for updates and schedule changes. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Dispose of trash and dirty linens appropriately. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure a clean and professional appearance; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guest service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Develop and maintain positive working relationships. Comply with quality assurance standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
