Job Description: Digital Asset Librarian at TOP 10 Pharma

HAYS Technology is collaborating with a leading pharmaceutical company, TOP 10 pharma, with over 146 affiliates worldwide and 47 employees, including 1,600 in Spain.

The company develops innovative medicines for humans and animals, focusing on human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Currently, they are expanding their animal health division and are seeking a Digital Asset Librarian to join their team.

You will work closely with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, a global system for storing, managing, and sharing creative content within the company's content creation and utilization model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform data entry for digital records in the DAM database following established standards.
2. Receive digital files and metadata in correct packages.
3. Support creative agencies in provisioning digital assets according to guidelines.
4. Communicate with creative agencies to follow up and ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
5. Review data entry for files and folders in the DAM to ensure standards and accuracy.
6. Review classification of records in the DAM database.
7. Manage data upload requests into DAM, ensuring complete and accurate metadata.
8. Organize and process data related to basic tickets in MyServices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competence with creative design software suites.
• Knowledge of digital records management policies and practices (desirable).
• Familiarity with databases and data entry.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge or experience with SQL.
