The Project

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. This role will manage the complete payroll cycle in Iberia, ensure compliance with labor procedures, and serve as a liaison between the company and the payroll provider.

What will the role entail?

  • Management of labor procedures from contract initiation to completion (contracts, changes in working hours, maternity / paternity leave, settlements, absenteeism management).
  • Management of SAP (registration, cancellation, contract extraction, severance payments, income tax calculation, payroll processing, absence and variable recording, contribution file generation).
  • Payroll accounting and commission calculation.
  • Management of Social Security (Siltra) and preparation of Personal Income Tax (calculation, regularization, settlement).
  • Handling social security payments : sending, reception, and confirmation.
  • Management of the Social Security Network System.
  • Handling the SEPE platform (and sending company certificates).
