Ecommerce & Sales Executive – Hybrid (Barcelona – Sant Feliu de Llobregat)

Salary: €35,000 per year

Skin Research Group is a dynamic, international beauty company behind brands like skinChemists, Dr Botanicals, NOYA, and more. We work with major European retailers such as Primor, Douglas, Zalando, and El Corte Inglés.

We are looking for a committed Ecommerce & Sales Executive to support the operational execution of our ecommerce business directly from our warehouse and logistics hub in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona. While some of our Spain-based team members work remotely in commercial roles, this position requires physical presence 4 days per week onsite,



due to its close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, hands-on product work, and real-time operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily ecommerce operations: order fulfilment, stock accuracy, product listings, and quality control
- Liaise in real time with the warehouse team to solve operational challenges and ensure smooth dispatch
- Handle physical samples, packaging checks, and product preparation for key accounts
- Support client requirements that involve stock inspection, custom packaging, and shipping prioritisation
- Manage B2B ecommerce channels and retail partners with logistical involvement (e.g. Zalando, El Corte Inglés)
- Coordinate with the remote commercial team to ensure smooth alignment between sales, logistics, and marketing
- Travel occasionally to visit clients across Spain, France, Italy, and other European markets as required

Why This Role Is Onsite:
Unlike other remote roles in our team, this position is based at the heart of our logistics operations. It requires:

- Onsite coordination with warehouse staff
- Physical access to stock,



packaging, and fulfilment systems
- Hands-on problem-solving when orders, SKUs, or shipments need urgent resolution
- Direct operational control during campaigns, launches, or high-volume dispatch periods

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years experience in ecommerce, logistics, or operations preferred
- Fluent in Spanish; working English required for international coordination
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Comfortable with occasional business travel across Europe
