is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across the United States, Australia, and Europe. We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive, and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.

Currently, we are looking for an E-commerce Project Manager to join our vibrant international team of experts.

This is a full-time remote contractor position.

As our E-commerce Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of creating new landing pages, funnels, website projects, and marketing campaigns — including coordinating copy, images, and page building. Additionally, you will oversee website updates, ensuring smooth operation and reflection of the latest initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the Localization Project Manager to ensure all relevant pages are properly prepared and translated for global audiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and optimization of new landing pages and funnels for our e-commerce platform.
2. Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to maximize conversion rates.
3. Manage Email Marketing team projects — supporting timelines, asset delivery, and campaign completion, ensuring alignment with other initiatives.
4. Manage internal and external staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring project timelines are met.
5. Maintain the website by overseeing regular updates, functionality, accuracy, and performance.
6. Manage project documentation, timelines, and task tracking in project management tools, preferably Asana, or similar tools like Trello or Monday.com.
7. Conduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new pages or campaigns to ensure everything functions correctly, is visually consistent, and aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in managing e-commerce projects, especially landing pages and funnels.
2. Preferred knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
3. Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
4. Experience working with agencies and collaborating with brands or industries.
5. Strong project management skills, capable of driving projects from inception to completion.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
8. Detail-oriented with an eye for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy across copy, visuals, and functionality.
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
10. Familiarity with page-building apps and tools like quizzes.
