ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Team Lead for Linguistic Validation & eCOA implementations. You will guide a team of project managers and specialists, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction across global trials.

Responsibilities include leadership, financial accountability, and collaboration with Client Managers, Production, and Technology teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience within Life Sciences, eCOA, localization, or related service environments.
• Experience in clinical research, clinical outcomes assessments (COA), linguistic validation, localization, or related healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of translation and linguistic validation methodologies.
• Knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, eClinRO, eObsRO, or related electronic clinical technologies.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to interpret operational and financial data (revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and specialists.
• Oversee successful execution of linguistic validation and eCOA implementation projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; act as senior escalation point.
• Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements; drive process improvements.
