Responsabilidades

• Manage COA service offerings linked to licensing and portfolio management, including translation and validation.
• Oversee day-to-day service offering operations to ensure quality, timelines, and client requirements.
• Improve service-related processes, templates, and training materials for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (COA Innovation, Translation, Sales, IT) to define responsibilities and resolve issues.
• Support readiness and governance of COA assets with complete documentation and QC processes.
• Monitor quality, identify gaps, and lead corrective or preventive actions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to service definitions, pricing inputs, and delivery models for new COA-related services.
• Provide guidance and coaching to project teams, allocate work and review outputs.
