A leading company in real estate is seeking a Sales Intern for a 6-month internship in Malaga. The role involves generating leads, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and experience in sales is preferred. This position offers flexibility with weekends off and unlimited holidays, subject to approval.

The Sales team is responsible for finding new clients, closing deals, and following up with clients. The primary activity involves discovering apartments suitable for vacation rentals. We provide a range of tools to help you achieve the best results.

Responsibilities

  1. Generate outbound leads.
  2. Complete the full sales cycle:
  3. Identify leads by contacting property owners, pitch our services, and schedule meetings.
  4. Visit properties, take videos, and report to the Sales Manager.
  5. Present our main services (Invest, Design, and Property Management).
  6. Negotiate commercial terms, reach agreements, and close deals.
  7. Update all actions in the CRM daily and report twice a week to the Sales Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
  • Previous experience in sales within the real estate sector.
  • Strong argumentation, negotiation, and resilience skills.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to recover from rejection and solve problems creatively.
  • Good knowledge of Malaga city is a plus.
