Nutreco has two business lines : Skretting, a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions for a sustainable future, and Trouw Nutrition, which specializes in animal nutrition and advances livestock health and productivity.

For our Southern EU Business Unit, we are seeking a Business Controller who will act as a strategic finance partner. This role involves working closely with key functions such as the E2E Supply Chain Team, Digital Organization, and other stakeholders. The Business Controller will drive financial insights, optimize profitability, improve cash flow, and ensure effective financial planning and control. The role emphasizes standardized processes, data-driven decision-making, and strong financial oversight to support the financial health and operational efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Business Partnering : Support the E2E Supply Chain Team and Digital Organization by implementing standardized processes, optimizing profitability, and enhancing financial management.
• Planning & Performance Management : Assist in financial planning cycles, analyze actual performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Data Analysis & Insights : Conduct complex financial analyses, offer data-driven recommendations, and identify business opportunities by transforming data into valuable insights.
• Cost & Investment Evaluation : Assess capital expenditures, trade terms, costs, valuation, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and cash flow.
• Digital & Process Optimization : Develop and maintain Power BI reports and other digital tools to improve analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, business controlling, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Experience with M3 ERP software is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
