It’s the right time to join the Missoni Family as we experience rapid growth. We are currently seeking motivated and passionate Seasonal Sales Associates for our Missoni boutique in Ibiza, from May to October.

Brand Ambassador and Customer Service Management

• Represent Missoni as a brand ambassador: demonstrate pride, passion, and affinity through positive attitude, body language, and personal presentation.
• Greet customers with a smile and approach them with friendliness and willingness to serve.
• Answer customer questions and address their needs by providing excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise customers accurately and effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers based on trust, care, and empathy.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass sales goals by employing effective selling techniques, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and strengthening existing relationships.
• Adhere to Missoni’s Selling Ceremony and Company Values.
• Follow established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards daily, ensuring proper product display.
• Process transactions accurately, including operating the cash register.

You Are:

• At least 3 years of selling experience in fashion.
• Lively, energetic, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable.
• Passionate about fashion.
• A team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
• Knowledge of foreign languages and a Bachelor's Degree are preferred.
