Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Printer Technician to join our support and maintenance team. This role involves the installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of printers and multifunctional devices (MFDs) for enterprise clients. Freshers who have completed an internship or training as a Printer Technician are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain various types of printers (Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, MFDs)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware and software issues
• Replace parts such as print heads, cartridges, rollers, and fusers as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and firmware upgrades
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Document service reports and update ticketing systems
• Coordinate with IT support teams and vendors when necessary
• Provide user training and basic printer usage guidance to end-users
