Job Description

Position : Spain Remote Sales

Job Requisition Number : EMSLS304

Job Purpose : Responsible for managing all assigned partners in the territory, driving sales through top partners, and leading the territory channel planning process.

Main Duties
  1. Achieve bookings quota for all partners in the territory.
  2. Achieve new business and product targets for all partners in the territory.
  3. Manage all channel partners in the territory.
  4. Drive territory channel planning (define capacity, recruitment, enablement) to support sales targets.
  5. Identify and recruit top partners.
  6. On-board and enable top partners to ensure their success.
  7. Communicate and follow up on training and certifications.
  8. Co-market and co-sell with partners.
  9. Conduct joint business planning with top partners.
  10. Align resources to support partner sales activities.
  11. Build strong relationships with key individuals at top partners.
  12. Log activities in CRM / PRM systems.
  13. Understand top partners’ business needs.
  14. Articulate Sophos’ value proposition to partners.
  15. Willing to travel as needed.
Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum 5 years managing channel partners in tech.
  2. Proven sales achievement in territory.
  3. Knowledge of software channel ecosystems.
  4. Familiarity with CRM / PRM systems.
  5. Business acumen including finance, marketing, selling.
  6. Team selling ability.
  7. Secondary education.
  8. Familiarity with Sophos or similar products.
  9. Knowledge of security software industry.
  10. Experience with the Sophos Partner Program.
  11. Security solutions experience.
  12. Degree and technical background preferred.
