About The Role

Generative AI models are improving rapidly, and one of our goals is to enable them to address specialized questions and develop complex reasoning skills.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade response quality.
2. Generate prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
3. Define comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of AI responses.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, or Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
• Familiarity with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, and ability levels.
• Proficient level of English (C2).
• Ability to create engaging content using personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
• Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly to different tasks and topics, and work with challenging guidelines.
