GRANSOLAR CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PROYECTOS (‘GRS’) is a division of the Gransolar Group (the ‘Group’), primarily engaged in the turnkey construction (EPC) of solar photovoltaic plants and storage solutions worldwide, as well as the operation and maintenance of such plants. The Group is mainly active abroad and is currently expanding.

We are seeking a

Head of Procurement & Logistics

based in Spain, willing to relocate to our offices in Australia.

Mission :

To achieve savings in the company's purchases for construction projects, establish framework agreements with manufacturers, manage logistics operations for operational excellence, and lead the work team strategically.

Main functions :

1. Coordinate all disciplines and subcontractors on site, in collaboration with the Construction Manager and Superintendents.
2. Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials.
3. Inform the Project Team about deliveries and coordinate unloading at site.
4. Supervise customs, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and client interactions to avoid delays and extra costs.
5. Oversee invoicing and cost control.
6. Identify potential delays and communicate with the Project Director for mitigation.
7. Supervise site storekeeper performance and manage damages reports and insurance claims.
8. Meet all project KPIs.
9. Monitor and ensure material supply in coordination with the Construction Manager.
10. Coordinate with the H&S Manager to ensure proper facilities for staff and laborers.

Requirements :

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in English. Knowledge of international logistics, market, suppliers, and equipment. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
