Sales Executive Role in Barcelona at a Gen AI Startup

Skillsearch is collaborating with a scaling Gen AI startup to find a skilled Sales Executive for their welcoming team in Barcelona. This full-time role offers a generous salary, attractive benefits, and the opportunity to work with the future of advertising tech.

As an integral team member, you will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with motivated individuals passionate about transforming how organizations build their brand and online presence. We seek a fearless individual ready to engage with new customers, hit the phones, and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and manage outbound and inbound leads
  2. Present demos to potential clients and handle follow-up until closing
  3. Engage in high-level discussions with stakeholders, from creative managers to CMOs
  4. Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in Salesforce
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase brand awareness
Candidate Profile:

You should be hungry, perseverant, and focused, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to win new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Additional qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and video presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as if it were your first language
  • Experience in a Sales role
  • Proven ability to develop a pipeline through outbound initiatives
