Project Manager officer (PMO) specialist

We are looking for motivated problem solvers and challenge lovers with exceptional communication and analytical skills. You will be part of our recently created agile Project Management Office, supporting the Head of the unit to run it and further develop it. The mission of our unit is to enable the definition and execution of the company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in defining and implementing the processes to run the Initiative Management Office, including – but not limited to – OKR process, initiative collection and Roadmap planning processes.
  • Run the day to day Initiative Management Office’s activities.
  • Own the Initiative’s budget collection.
  • Oversee the company Investments management process and portfolio.
  • Scout and implement tools to make our processes more efficient.
  • Conduct data analysis when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems.
  • Deliver results. Learn from mistakes. Iterate.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of organisation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, fostering strong rapport and collaborative relationships across the entire organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Team players. Ready to help and support teammates, adding up to the team. Share openly and transparently.
  • Discomfort seekers. You never settle. Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, strive for success mindset, comfortable with change.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
