What will you do?

At INNOCV Solutions, you will be part of a team working on new products, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence. Your role involves translating client needs into actionable plans for the technical team, aligning projects with client expectations and strategic goals, and facilitating a smooth transition from sales to execution.

• Product Management: Deliver quality products profitably, manage product backlogs, evaluate impact and dependencies, and develop delivery plans with clients and developers.
• Client Relations: Understand and manage client expectations, foster trust, seek opportunities to add value, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Promote contribution, goal orientation, and high standards among team members.
• Management and Metrics: Collaborate with Scrum teams, track progress, and ensure proper documentation of work hours and metrics.

What do we value?

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience managing software projects/products in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, or Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English skills.

Additional preferences (not mandatory):

• PMP certification.
• Scrum Master / Product Owner certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO, CSM).
• Residence in Madrid.
• Advanced Italian language skills.
