How You'll Make an Impact :

As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success team. You will manage a portfolio of up to 40 customers, building strong relationships. Your responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, minimizing churn, and guiding clients to success by providing strategic advice to improve their business outcomes.

What You Bring to the Team :
  • Define and achieve customer success outcomes
  • Act as the main contact for Cloudbeds-related inquiries and support escalation
  • Achieve net dollar retention goals through upselling and churn reduction strategies
  • Drive product engagement and customer retention using a consultative approach
  • Analyze customer data to improve utilization and engagement
  • Manage escalations and promote product value and upsell opportunities
  • Gather feedback for future software releases
  • Stay updated on product updates and industry trends
  • Utilize hospitality industry knowledge to provide strategic insights
