Job Description

We are seeking a professional with experience in identity and access management (IAM), IT governance, or systems. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Previous experience in IAM, IT governance, or systems.
2. Strong organizational skills, functional vision, and documentation focus.
3. Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and provisioning/deprovisioning flows.
4. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel.
5. Analytical skills, autonomy, and good communication abilities.
6. Experience in regulated environments or documentation-heavy projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in digital transformation offices, innovation, or IT platform deployments.
3. Participation in process automation or operational workflow improvement projects.
4. Knowledge of IAM platforms.
5. Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management tools (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
6. Ability to create executive reports and visualize data using Excel and Power BI.
7. Additional training in Agile methodologies, Scrum, or project management.
8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ENS, DORA, QAFRIS, ISO27001.
