A leading financial institution is seeking a Risk Management Leader in Córdoba to oversee risk strategy and team management. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a risk-aware culture. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in banking risk management and a strong educational background in economics or law.
Set a vision for long-term organizational success at the global / regional business level and implement strategic plans. Oversee the development and execution of objectives, plans, and policies, ensuring continuous improvement in Deutsche Bank’s competitive position and performance. Manage financial aspects including budget planning, management, and P&L. Maintain key internal and external business relationships. Ensure alignment with the DB risk management framework, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Represent the function in senior forums and committees.
