About This Opportunity

We are seeking to recruit 2 P2P Accountants, based at our Spanish plant in Murcia, to ensure the P2P process including supplier invoice scanning, document management system, electronic supplier invoicing, and workflow application, to support the P2P Manager effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Maintaining standing data in connection with other involved departments
2. Processing purchase invoices according to established P2P procedures
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements and month-end processes
4. Ensuring all Sarbanes-Oxley controls affecting the P2P department are met
5. Performing netting reconciliation and AP intercompany processes
6. Driving continuous improvement of the P2P process
7. Processing supplier invoices, including receipt and coding
8. Contributing to timely and accurate daily controls and monthly closing processes

We’d Love To Hear From You If

1. You hold a Degree in Business and Administration with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in the industry sector
2. You are highly proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages like Italian, Greek, French, or German is a plus
3. You have experience with SAP or JDE, preferably in supplier accounting, and are a pragmatic team player able to work effectively within SSC and cross-functionally
4. You are autonomous, with solid analytical skills, detail-oriented, and possess a strong internal control focus
5. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork, and are proactive in delivering results and training objectives
