Formación

We seek a driven Enterprise Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to strengthen our team of 8 AEs selling our Enterprise plans, focusing more on the Northern European market. You will report to Neye, our Head of Sales Europe, and work closely with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the full sales cycle (5-7 months), from opportunity detection to drafting offers.
  • Manage inbound (70-80%) and outbound (20-30%) lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT.
  • Improve sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral proactively.
  • Collaborate with the product team to incorporate customer feedback.

Key success factors :

  • Over 800 inbound leads per month.
  • Support from solution consultants and the product team.
  • Approximately 50% inbound leads are already product qualified.

Requirements :

  • At least 6 years of sales experience in a software company.
  • Top 10% performer in previous roles.
  • Held a quota of over €800K ARR.
  • Technically savvy, with experience selling to technical stakeholders or a background in engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset, capable of working independently.
  • Bonus : experience in open source, developer tools, PLG companies, or startups at Series A / B stages.
  • Fluent in English, plus French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Based in Europe.
