Regional Marketing Manager - Food Science Division (EMEA)

Role Overview:

You will develop and execute regional tactical marketing plans for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Food Science Division.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with divisional goals.
  2. Organize and participate in local events, tradeshows, workshops, and webinars.
  3. Prepare and deliver customer presentations, aligned with divisional messaging.
  4. Generate regional campaigns and promotions, subject to validation by the global tactical marketing manager.
  5. Create sales tools as needed, after validation.
  6. Measure ROI of marketing activities.
  7. Support internal sales teams to establish and grow Bio-Rad's presence in the industry.
  8. Assist sales and business development teams in identifying new customers and markets.
  9. Build and maintain CRM database with segmentation.
  10. Provide regional competitive and market feedback.
  11. Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in marketing, sales, microbiology, molecular biology, or food safety.
  2. 3-5 years of marketing and/or sales experience, preferably within the Food Science sector.
  3. Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
  4. Proactive, credible, and independent worker with a drive to grow the business.
  5. Strong presentation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work across organizational levels and cultural boundaries.
  7. Well-organized and autonomous.
