Job Description

The Digital Marketing Sr. Manager involves developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business and medical objectives. Part of a Team of 4 digital marketing professional, you will leverage and optimize the current digital platforms, design targeted marketing campaigns, and lead the creation of engaging, compliant digital content. Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and implementing continuous improvements based on data. Additionally, and working closely with our global IT department, you will identify new technologies, supervise external partners, and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's business and medical objectives
  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Operate and optimize the company's digital platforms (HCP and patient websites, mobile applications, educational portals, etc.) to support our markets in their engagement efforts.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and deploy targeted digital campaigns for different audiences (HCPs, patients, caregivers) across multiple channels
  • Content and Communication: Work with the franchise and brand teams to create digital content that complies with regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of engagement
  • Analysis and Optimization: Establish relevant KPIs, track the performance of digital initiatives, and implement continuous improvements based on data
  • Technology Monitoring: Identify new technologies and digital trends applicable to the pharmaceutical sector
  • Cross-functional collaboration: engage and coordinate without direct reporting structure, different teams across the Company, most notably the IT department, the brand teams and the market teams.
  • Agency Management: Select and supervise external partners (digital agencies, developers, etc.)
  • Budget: Manage and optimize your projects budget to maximize impact


Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3-4 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary digital projects
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in digital platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics), experience and understanding of Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com tools would be a big plus
  • Regulatory Compliance: Solid knowledge of regulatory constraints in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to Analyze data to guide strategic decisions
  • Innovation: Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to introduce innovative approaches within a regulated framework
  • Personal Skills: Excellence in communication and presentation, Strategic thinking and long-term vision, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, Rigor and attention to detail, Collaborative attitude and team spirit Adaptability and resilience in the face of change, Passion for digital innovation in healthcare
