About RWS Sales Operations

The Sales Operations Department provides operational and strategic support to global sales teams, serving as the critical link between sales and cross-functional departments. The team ensures activities are completed with high accuracy and maintains a reputation for high standards and quality data provision.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with global sales and renewal teams to facilitate the order process.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with departments such as Sales, Legal, and Finance to meet strategic goals.
  3. Review orders and supporting documents for completeness, clarify issues, and update CRM systems.
  4. Ensure data integrity and consistency across corporate records.
  5. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues to line managers when necessary.
  6. Coordinate with technical and Finance teams to deliver critical business information.
  7. Update CRM with contractual and deal-related information.
  8. Prepare and distribute reports across departments.
  9. Support global business operations with administrative duties.
  10. Lead regional onboarding and training for new employees.
  11. Assess current sales practices and suggest innovative improvements for efficiency.
  12. Partner with regional sales teams to adopt and implement best practices.

  • Strong numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive learner with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.

  • Effective communicator able to convey information clearly and collaborate well.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com.
  • Previous experience in a similar corporate role.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills.
  • Degree-level education in a business-related discipline is preferred.
