That's why we're looking to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to join the Customer Success Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing CS department projects: identifying objectives, completing work plans, and monitoring them.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Success projects, adding value to every interaction, from onboarding to renewals, retentions, cross-sell, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize existing and potential channels.
  • Develop customized strategies tailored to each client and context, aligning with the client's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product team to adapt the product to the customer's needs.
  • Ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage team tasks to meet client commitments.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, focusing on their satisfaction to manage customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer adoption and usage of the product; provide strategic advice to maximize results through effective utilization of the solution.
  • Establish and monitor business KPIs using appropriate tools for accurate measurement.
  • Achieve established goals through continuous optimization of results.
  • Develop dashboards for analyzing and interpreting results.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development and/or solution deployment projects.
  • Previous experience in customer experience/success or equivalent roles.
  • Professional proficiency in French, English, and Spanish.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
  • Flexible compensation plan including a base salary plus variable components. Medical and dental insurance, along with other benefits, are provided.
