We are looking for an IT Digital Project Manager to contribute to Loewe's digital customer experience and omnichannel revenue, support sound architectural and technical patterns, and facilitate the coordination of digital project dependencies with other IT departments and teams.

This role will be part of the IT team at LOEWE HQ, based in Madrid, working closely with the Business Omnichannel LOEWE team and development partners.

Your role will be:
  1. Support the definition, coordination, and communication of the global Digital roadmap in collaboration with the Business team.
  2. Contribute to improving delivery and RUN organization within the Digital Delivery Team, utilizing Agile methodologies.
  3. Support the IT Digital team by:
    • Contributing to IT operational excellence in the RUN of the Digital platform, including catalog and editorial animation, basket, order, and post-order management, special events handling (e.g., campaigns, flash sales), maintaining backend and web performance, and assisting in release coordination and security.
  4. Assist in collecting and understanding IT requirements and their impacts related to Business needs.
  5. Support co-leading and delivering digital projects with the Business team and development partners.
  6. Manage and deliver smaller IT projects or specific aspects of larger projects.
  7. Monitor, track, and handle risks on projects.
  8. Support the management of technical and contractual relationships with partners and third parties within the digital ecosystem.
IT expertise
  1. Support maintaining a high-level view of IT architecture across projects and platforms.
  2. Promote best practices in IT: security, scalability, performance, and automation.
  3. Stay informed about current digital IT solutions and best practices.
  4. Support technological innovation initiatives.

What is important for the role:
