Your Profile

At least 2 years of experience in account management or customer success is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with property partners.

Empathetic and understanding, advocating effectively for Spotahome’s partners.

Customer experience obsession.

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong verbal and communication skills, capable of articulating value propositions to stakeholders.

Positive attitude, driven, proactive, and determined.

Your Mission

Be the primary contact for key property partners, managing relationships and optimizing their portfolios to increase listings and availability.

Track, analyze, and report on portfolio performance.

Identify inefficiencies, advise on solutions, and implement improvements to maximize bookings.

Handle account matters such as listings, availability, payments, and issues promptly.
