Position Summary

This role acts as a liaison between IS/IT & Business Consumers, Customers, and Vendors. As part of the Product Team, you will understand business opportunities and issues, advise on solutions, and translate strategies into IS/IT product requirements. Your goal is to ensure the product meets receiver needs, aligns with business objectives, and delivers value to end users.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Product Manager in defining and communicating the product vision, goals, and objectives to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and developers to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Create and maintain a transparent, prioritized product backlog.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and development teams to plan releases that meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends for improvements.
  • Support the Product Manager in ensuring product success, adoption, and retention.
  • Develop communication strategies for updates, downtime, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to support overall product growth and adoption.
  • Maintain product KPIs, including security and compliance metrics, through timely assessments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Product Management supporting HR applications.
  • Experience with global survey tools, especially Employee Listening modules, and familiarity with Qualtrics.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience managing products in multicultural, global environments.
  • Strong understanding of analytics trends and tools like PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps and design thinking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of system engineering, security, and architecture standards.
  • Effective communication skills in English across organizational levels and virtual teams.
