Descripción del empleo

In this role, you will play a central part in our sales and project management team, supporting sales activities and coordinating them in close collaboration with our Project and Supply Chain teams. You may work on-site in our Madrid or Barcelona office or remotely, with access to modern communication and collaboration tools. High service orientation and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the field sales team with pre- and post-visit preparations
  • Proactively reach out to clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Monitor and maintain customer data in the CRM system
  • Provide telephone and email sales support to customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product customer inquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
  • Support the sales team with customer acquisition and account management
  • Process and manage customer orders, coordinating with relevant departments
  • Assist in organizing sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Assist the Sales Managers in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Participate in internal meetings to align sales strategies and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, such as office clerk, industrial clerk, or a similar qualification
  • Experience in sales, ideally in inside sales
  • Strong skills in CRM and ERP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Monday, JIRA)
  • Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, even under pressure

Language Skills :

  • MUST : Excellent written and spoken in German and English
  • OPTIONAL : Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French)
