As a Media Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing media investment strategies that optimize ROI in advertising campaigns. You will evaluate media opportunities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure media investments align with Publicis Groupe's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop media investment strategies to maximize campaign impact across digital and offline platforms.
  • Analyze market and consumer trends to identify investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market and audience analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with negotiation teams, providing data and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing media investments or related areas.
  • Experience in media auditing or media planning teams is a plus.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and evaluating media campaigns, collaborating with negotiation and planning teams.
  • Familiarity with current trends in digital and traditional media; offline media knowledge is especially valued.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) for communication with international teams.
  • Strong communication and data presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
