Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information to understand technicalities, context, and specific requirements for each project.
• Provide quality control and constructive feedback on proposals developed by team members to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Backstop and perform quality control on reports prepared by experts across various projects.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Sciences or related fields, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in writing proposals for international donors such as the EU, EIB, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, GIZ, etc.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French, with exceptional writing skills. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in oral and written English and French (minimum C1 level). Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
