Job Success Profile Solution Engineer (Trial and Tissue Industry Specialist) Location :

Role summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Engineer focusing on bringing application excellence to customers in the form of trial execution and advanced attrition prevention.

Main responsibilities :

1. Execute trials on-site and provide critical coverage required to make the trials successful.
2. Manage the lifecycle of the trial from setting up trials for success, securing the right equipment, adhering to evaluation plan workshops / transition workshops, accumulating trial data, confirming value with the customer, and facilitating conversion.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor / Subject Matter Expert and assist in the upskilling of frontline sales.
4. Deliver technical expertise on complex, out-of-the-ordinary challenges & critical applications to mitigate attrition risk.
5. Maintain expert knowledge of Buckman’s product portfolio, including new products from R&D pipeline.
6. Split time between running trials and providing expertise to existing accounts (including attrition prevention).
7. Support health checks with customers.
