We are seeking a Technical Transformation Project Manager to join our Technical Transformation team. The key responsibilities include:

• Identifying disruptive technological solutions (ingredients, processes, packaging) in collaboration with the Industrial Application Project Manager to develop and launch competitive products in terms of quality, cost, and sensory performance.
• Leading innovation development projects that require new technological solutions, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Finding reliable solutions for prototyping delivery for internal and external assessments, as well as for technical and commercial validation.
• Ensuring product briefs comply with Nutrition and Environmental company policies.
• Collaborating with quality teams to certify food safety compliance.
• Working with Regulatory Affairs to ensure products meet current regulations of destination countries.
• Evaluating ingredients and finished products through sensory analysis, with knowledge of organoleptic descriptors for sensory characterization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in R&D within the food industry, with a proven track record as an R&D Project Manager or similar role.
• Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish (desirable); Italian, German, French, and Dutch are advantageous.
