About the role

As a global company with big ambitions, we’re looking for the right match. We would love you to be an experienced product professional with a creative spirit and hands-on experience building online consumer businesses and / or SaaS platforms.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work alongside other team members, designing and defining Packlink’s products and services from a business-driven and hands-on perspective. You will promote product initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from problem identification to researching the best solution, as well as the planning, development, testing, and launch.

You will contribute to the strategic vision for a unified platform, encompassing carrier management, order source integrations, and financial shipping requirements.

You will be a unifying force behind Packlink’s product strategy and execution, combining feedback from sales, marketing, development, customers, and prospects to lead the execution of new features and functions.

What will you be doing?

  • Contribute to a coherent product roadmap aligned with the product vision, prioritizing rapid iteration and MVP approaches.
  • Drive the ideation, development and execution of features across Packlink, both user-facing (checkout, SaaS model, usability) and platform-focused (carrier connections, shop integrations, financial requirements).
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring that product decisions are customer-centric and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Take a hands-on approach to planning and executing, emphasising a bias for action and getting things done efficiently.
  • Define key metrics and analyse results to inform iterative improvements and future product decisions.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital products.
  • You develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with the overall product strategy, and drive their successful execution.
  • You work thinking about the benefits for the user.
  • You have previously worked with engineering teams and can understand the trade-offs of technology to prioritise maintenance tasks, technical debt, etc.
  • Mindset data-driven, you should be able to present data to show why you are doing something and what you are aiming to improve.
  • Strategic mindset : experience creating business cases and impact analyses.
  • You will need to validate hypotheses by running A / B tests, analyze the results and present them to the team and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proactive attitude.
  • Stakeholder Management : you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products together.
  • You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, you'll use them every day.

What will make you stand out?

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to set cultural and performance standards, hiring and developing top talent to build a world-class team.

What do we offer?

  • Clear and transparent compensation plan.
  • Annual Salary Review.
  • 99% discount on your personal shipment orders via Packlink.pro.
  • Up to 150 € / year to match your NGO donations.

  • An inclusive and upbeat work environment.
  • A cross-cultural atmosphere.
  • Company events.
  • Internal and external training, free access to online training platforms.
