In this role you will :

• Review, draft, and negotiate EPC contracts for photovoltaic power plant projects.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in EPC contracting.
• Advise on contractual obligations, risk management, and compliance.
• Assist the project team in contract administration, including claims, variations, and risk assessments.
• Support contract execution by ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and legal obligations.
• Work closely with internal project teams and external partners to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in international and domestic EPC projects.
• Advise on dispute resolution strategies related to contract performance and claims.
• Develop contract templates and negotiation strategies tailored to the company’s needs for EPC projects.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and external legal counsel to ensure smooth contract execution.

Main requirements for the position :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EPC contracts, ideally in photovoltaic / renewable energy projects;
• Strong understanding of construction and commercial contracts in the energy sector;
• Experience with international projects and cross-border contract negotiations;
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and other industry-standard agreements and their application in EPC agreements;
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage);
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy;
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice to project teams;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders;
