We are seeking a People & Communication PMO for the MedLA Region in Barcelona, Spain.

The role's primary purpose is to lead and manage cross-cutting HR projects at a global or regional level. The PMO will serve as the main contact point for collaboration with local and global stakeholders, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of HR projects. This includes supporting the Regional HR Director in designing and transforming HR initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience and developing change management plans across various business areas.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of decisions made during Committees, keeping all stakeholders informed of actions and outcomes promptly.
2. Oversee the HR Service Model and digital transformation efforts, including change management, governance, communication, and performance measurement, while identifying opportunities for process improvement through Agile practices.
3. Provide key data to support HR initiatives and risk management for ongoing projects.
4. Transform work methods by applying Agile mindset and practices across HR processes and projects, and regularly assess opportunities for technological, process, and skill enhancements to improve organizational efficiency.
5. Assist in the budget cycle to allocate resources effectively for HR initiatives and projects, supporting strategic objectives.
6. Lead the Performance Management workstream within the Agents Value Proposition Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective program execution.
7. Develop and deliver training programs for the People & Communication team to foster an Agile mindset, enabling teams to adapt and innovate.

Your Profile: Experience and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related fields, with over 3 years of experience managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables in global companies.
2. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and practical experience in delivering outcomes using agile practices.
3. Strong multitasking, anticipation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent listening and communication skills to understand internal client needs.
5. Customer-oriented, collaborative, adaptable to various leadership styles.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is a plus.
