The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the day-to-day running of the project. They act as the point of contact for Project Associates (PAs) and crowd resources. The Project Coordinator communicates project details and addresses project issues on a resource level. Entry-level position.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
2. Maintain daily communication with the Department Lead to monitor project status and set scheduling and priorities.
3. Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or within the team.
4. Assist the team in identifying gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize existing ones.
5. Collaborate with the team to improve process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
6. Ensure the quality of Centific’s services and deliverables align with client requirements.
7. Support Project Managers and the Delivery Team in managing and developing CX Data Services projects, ensuring timely communication with vendors, collaborators, and team members.
8. Contribute to building and supporting a global team for successful delivery of CX Data Services.
9. Provide support to the global team, ensuring full adherence to company procedures, established processes, and business goals.

Requirements

1. Background in linguistics, translation, philology, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in oral and written English.
3. Experience managing projects or working as a translator/reviewer.
4. Strong communication skills and experience working in diverse communicative environments.
5. Technical curiosity and experience working in technical environments.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
7. Advanced proficiency in text editors (Word, LibreOffice, etc.).
8. Ability to identify and resolve various potential issues.
9. Organized and efficient, capable of following tight schedules.
10. Experience working in office environments.
11. High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
