Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Technology applied to Marketing and Customer Relationship, is seeking a Business Consultant.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Solutions team by participating in projects and proposals, providing solutions and a functional perspective on client issues, goals, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and structuring presentations for business and process discussions at client and project executive levels.
- Serve as a consultant or functional lead in project teams implementing Salesforce or other CRM-related technologies.
- Advise on technology and business process decisions.
- Define and reengineer client, commercial, and operational processes.
- Develop business cases, analyzing situations, complications, and proposing focused solutions.
- Participate in redesigning business processes, planning roadmaps, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud setups.
- Work closely with clients to understand detailed current business processes.
- Design data flows and business solutions in collaboration with technical architects.
- Design and document business processes, write functional specs and user stories.
- Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and mockups with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Analyze data requirements, structures, and integration points, mapping them to Salesforce or external systems.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Architects, and clients to propose technological solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Connect business requirements with application capabilities.
- Gather, synthesize, and measure business goals, requirements, and KPIs.
Experience & Skills :
- At least 5 years as a business consultant or in digital transformation.
- Experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce and Veeva Consulting.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Health sectors.
- Proficiency in creating structured documents and presentations for executive audiences.
- Effective communication skills with technical teams.
- Business Process Management expertise.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
