Formación

Join us as an Inbound Sales Representative for the Netherlands to drive Qonto's expansion in the Dutch market. You'll be transforming potential inbound leads into success stories, guiding customers through their registration process, while being a key player in our market growth strategy.

As an Inbound Sales Representative Netherlands at Qonto, you will :

  • Convert and manage inbound leads from Dutch markets into active customers, handling the full sales cycle with CEOs, CFOs, and Office Managers of startups and SMEs;
  • Master our product offerings to provide customized pitches that enhance customer understanding and drive engagement;
  • Contribute to market intelligence by collecting and sharing insights from the field to improve our product and marketing strategies.

What you can expect :

  • Market Context : You'll be at the forefront of Qonto's expansion into the Dutch market, working with a team that's focused on establishing our presence in this high-potential region.
  • Team : You'll be part of a dynamic international team, centralized in our Barcelona office.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Direct interaction with Product Marketing Managers, Regional Managing Directors, and Operations teams for customer follow-up.

About your future manager : Giacomo Ruggiero, our Sales Director, brings a quantitative and straightforward leadership style. He values transparency, honesty, and team energy.

About You :

  • Sales Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in software or fintech companies serving the Dutch or Flemish market
  • Language Skills : Fluent in Dutch and English, with Flemish being a strong plus
  • Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Dutch and Flemish business landscape, particularly in the SME and startup ecosystem
  • Product Mastery : Proven ability to learn complex products quickly and explain them clearly to different audiences
  • Results-Driven : Track record of converting leads and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment
