We are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our Amazon advertising team.

This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base and the services offered to those clients.

The role is suited to someone that loves responsibility, delivering results and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon Advertising platform.

FordeBaker is based in the UK so employment is based on a permanent freelance contract. All other employee benefits and equipment supply are exactly the same as a normal payroll employee. We will support people to set up as freelancers.

Main responsibilities

  1. Developing and managing Amazon paid search and DSP campaigns
  2. Reporting and providing deep insights about performance
  3. Creating acquisition plans for new products and pivoting strategies depending on performance
  4. Developing processes and frameworks to constantly improve time efficiency

The Ideal Candidate

We value attitude over experience and believe that the right person can grow into this role. We do, however, have some minimum expectations

  1. At least 3 years experience managing Amazon paid media campaigns
  2. Experience analysing performance and creating insightful reports
  3. Experience forecasting budgets and sales
  4. Ability to develop campaign strategies for new brands and products
  5. Experience working with different clients at the same time (desirable)
  6. Familiarity with Amazon ad management software

The role is 100% remote. The role is open to anyone in any location. The only limitation is that you must be available to speak with clients in the US, UK and mainland Europe during their normal working hours.

The team communicates via Google Meet and Slack. If you are UK based then we will arrange regular face-to-face meetings.
